FEE SCHEDULE AND PRACTICES
Fees are differentiated for arbitration, meditation, and private trials. A separate "Fee Schedule and Practice" and "Retainer and Fee Agreement" is available for each of the ADR services. Each Fee Schedule and Practice establishes the hourly rate to be charged for that particular service and requires that a retainer be paid in advance. It also specifies procedures related to invoicing for services rendered. Counsel and/or the parties will be required to execute the Retainer and Fee Agreement for the applicable service. Fee Schedule and Practices and the Retainer and Fee Agreement are available upon request. Please specify the service in which you are interested.
